Returns & Exchanges

• Return requests are valid within 1–7 days of delivery.
• Customers must send the product back to UrbanFitss through a courier service.
• The customer is responsible for visiting/arranging a courier service and shipping the product back to us.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and should be returned in its original packaging.
• Customers should keep the courier receipt/tracking details until the return is processed.
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
• Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
