Terms & Service — UrbanFitss

Return requests are valid within 1–7 days of delivery.
Customers must send the product back to UrbanFitss through a courier service.
The customer is responsible for visiting/arranging a courier service and shipping the product back to us.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and should be returned in its original packaging.
Customers should keep the courier receipt/tracking details until the return is processed.
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, sizes, and colours.
Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen/device.
Our products are made using 240 GSM fabric where specified in the product description.

Orders are confirmed after successful payment.
Please provide accurate delivery and contact information while placing your order.
UrbanFitss reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and location.
UrbanFitss is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
